Rude staff, lots of people lining up at one cashier. All self serve checkouts closed. I asked why. I was told we don't have enough staff to watch them. What a bloody joke, that's what happens when you get rid of staff.. and replace with machines. I'll shop elsewhere.
Such friendly staff! I feel like I receive good customer service every time I go here. And the discounted plants are always the best to stumble upon. And it's close to a shopping centre.
This is my local and quite often I get great staff. Sometimes not. Some of the young folk are too busy having a chat or a laugh between themselves and some of the older ones look like they have better places to be. I’ve two people one lady called Anne whom not only is polite, smiles but is extremely knowledgeable (this is the type of lady you need training your staff into great service and secondly there is a man with a disability that’s out and about with the trolleys. My husband loves Bunnings, but what husband doesn't and some of the wives. The had the famous sausage sizzle at the weekend . The shelves were little empty and we had trouble finding what we wanted. If you like my reviews please follow us around Australia .
