So I came into Bunnings with a really unusual request and I was absolutely not expecting the kind of service I received. I haven’t ever had a negative experience at Newstead Bunnings, all the staff are super lovely. But my goodness, Peter and Samuel need a shoutout for helping me out. BIG thank you to Paul, he has gone beyond his responsible to help. Despite him not from the plumbling department, he has patiently assited with loosing a tap fitting. I came back second time with the same problem and he continued to help. Of the past 25 years, I shop at Bunnings your customer service is the best I have seen and experienced. I would love to shout you a beer next time we meet!!
