Yet again a bad customer service experience at Bunnings Nerang. Robin, the lady who's assisted me, should not be working at Bunnings. Her lack of willingness to help was beyond me. Decided to go Burleigh and try again. I was then served by Mandy, who was very helpful and professional. I ended up wasting over an hour of my day because of someone who should not be working at customer service.
Well what a pleasant surprise ! From the electrical to the gardening section nothing but friendly faces, help and great advice well done Bunnigs Nerang, I will be back
great for bits and pieces friendly staff very helpful as well
Love bunning, I just love walking down the isles at everything they have. The team there are great i have never had any issues with staff there. They are always happy to help out when needed.
