Dismal Bunnings. Had a battery under warranty that needed replacing which I bought from this store. AEG said I had to go to Bunnings. I called this Bunnings and a lady said yes easy come on down and if it's in stock we can do that for you. Got there. Got taken to about 5 different people. None of whom actually wanted to help. Too hard basket for them. Left shaking my head. Went to Belrose and a gentlemen helped me fill out the return form and I was in and out in 5 mins. I thought it impolite for staff to be ‘mocking’ customers about their enquiries when they thought they weren’t there to hear. Satisfactory service
