Great selection of products, friendly staff
Dealt with a very rude staff member. Old mate should have retired and stayed in bed. Clearly has forgotten that his job is to deal with customers.
One staff member Katie stood out from the others because of her helpful kind and friendly service .also faster on the register then I expected. she is a true asset to your company
I would like to say an enormous thank you to Sonia at Bunnings Narrabeen, being from western Australia I was having problems looking at Narrabeen web sight. Web site terrible,so I rang and spoke to Sonia who sent me photos of all the relevant plants I was looking at, and took my order over the phone. She also wrote a lovely personal note to the receiver, who said it absolutely made her day,such a lovely surprise.
