Pretty average place - never many staff to help out! Lucky if you can find anyone!!
Night crews need improvement on customer handling. Poor attitude, lack of knowledge about the store and products and reluctant to assist customers. We are there for our needs and support your business as well. Very disappointed.
Store is kept beautiful and the staff are so so lovely. Josh in garden is an absolute legend. He's so knowledgeable and can tell you anything you need to know about gardening. Helped me find the perfect plants I needed , ones that will thrive in the position and climate, and he's also taught me how to care for them. Honestly I learned more in 20 mins with him than I have through my months of Yates books and googling. Go find Josh if you have any gardening/plant questions or projects.
