His knowledge and willingness to share practical advice really stand out — fantastic customer service every time.
Terrible grumpy staff. One of old lady working in tool section. I visited for ask to change new ryobi drill because spark on the machine. I didn’t know it is normal but she was talk unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. But, thanks for other staff followed me and apologized. Hey, I understand work stress, but that’s not a reason to ruin someone else’s day.
