Whoever designed the car park and didn’t put a walkway through the middle needs to be investigated. Walking around the circumference of a busy carpark with kids is an accident waiting to happen.
The best bunnings store with stock and most importantly the staff is supper ferindly and very helpful... in fact I lost count of how many "hello how can I help you" I received... lastly I would make many bunnnings stores spend a week to learn customer service from this bunnings store and was start from Campbelltown... It is worth my 40min drive every ks and min....
Looking forward to the day the renovations are finished parking can be an issue at the moment great choice of DIY hopefully it'll be even better when it's done...update and it is great 😁
huge praise to Ashley from Mittagong Bunnings. When we broke down on the highway with a horse in tow, we pulled into the bunnings car park and tried to organise somebody to pick us up. complete nightmare of a situation - car completely kaput, requiring a tow - and the rescue car took longer than we had anticipated, which led to us being parked in the bunnings car park until after the business closed at 7. The service people here is wonderful. I've come here multiple times and have always been looked after by the most friendly staff. I'd like to especially thank Col, a lovely blonde American lady, and another older gentleman whose name I regrettably did not note down. Thank you guys for old fashioned good natured approach to customers, it is greatly appreciated.
