Your app is absolute GARBAGE! Why do I have problems with it almost EVERY time I try to use it? And your Mittagong store frequently says they have stock in the app. Then after driving 45 minutes to get there, the shelves are bare! I went to get 4x M10 Eye Nuts. The box had M10 Eye Bolts. The staff said they have 20x M10 Eye Nuts.... They're nuts! The box has the wrong stock in it and they had none of what they say they had. Not the first time.... I wasted yet another trip.... Over 40 minutes each way. Staff have no idea where the item I pictured was. The other items showed that they were in stock but the shelves are bare. This is a far too often occurrence. Does anyone at Bunnings Mittagong have a clue? Who's managing the inventory? Why is it, that almost every time I go there, the app says that they have it in stock, but there's always empty spaces. You cost me a wasted trip. Not good enough!

Their Power pass app is useless. 56 items in my cart to go and purchase.... I added 1 more item and got the fault "Something went wrong... Too many items, clear cart" as per screenshot. 57 items isn't that much I thought. What's the point of having a cart when it crashes and everything that was in their has to be removed? I went in to Bunnings and bought about 12 items. The rest, I couldn't remember at the time. I ended up spending over $800 at Total Tools on the way home. FIX YOUR APP!
