Staff at construction materials section was useless. 2 of them 5m away from us watching me and my pregnant wife trying to lift a plank without offering any help! Guys please improve your customer service! It's horrible!!! Customers come first!
The Return section needs to train the young girls there. Be faithful with customers, explain why or why not ….
Unfortunately we didn’t have good experience with old ladies there, they are not welcoming and not willing to answer questions happily …
