Great staff easy finding what I needed
Totally understaffed on Sundays people waiting for service lined up everwhere. Staff Sitting out in trade area on there phones not sèrving anyone sending customers down to store checkouts with trolleys full of timber and building materials. Stock stacked everywhere including in parking bays in trade section. Empty shelves everywhere in trade section yet stock clearly visible to be unpacked and stacked away. Staff were intelligent as Forest Gump No clown at trade desk could do delivery orders while the one who could was on her lunch break, so they sent me down to the service desk again my items were scanned for the 2nd time nobody at service desk could take a delivery request, or tell me if i could have onepass delivered for free. Again I waited till someone could help,my items were scanned a 3rd time as the saying goes the 3rd time was the charm. I always avoid asking them when I can about anything. Visited store and picked up treated pine logs left in open area to soak rain water all twisted I asked the manager to provide protection from water as 10kg log becomes 40 kg unfortunately they can’t do anything If anyone hurt ur back by picking them up because one is 10kg and the next one is 40 kg please rise this comment for negligence as they can’t do anything
