Yesterday I witnessed some very concerning customer service from an employee named Iris in the lighting section. I heard Iris speaking to a customer in what I felt was an extremely rude and aggressive manner. She was speaking so loudly that I could clearly hear the conversation from the adjacent aisle. Sack your self serve que staff immediatly. Useless and allowing people to jump the que and start altercations. Before you jave full blown fights in your store sack those useless staff and fix the problem.
