Rhonda was amazing! She was incredibly patient and took the time to help us figure out how to get our barbecue home. What could have been a stressful experience ended up being easy thanks to her. Fantastic customer service, we really appreciated her help!
Not sure what has happened Bunnings used to be all about customer service but Mill Park Bunnings customer service is so disappointing these days. Very rude cashiers at return desk specially ladies there. Not going to Mill Park Bunnings anymore
Today 29/3/26 around 12 and 1.30 i was at bunnings , i had a 10 k bag of fire wood starters i was walking towards the register i had the bag on one hand i was strangling, this young man saw me i didn't even ask for help he came tawerads me and he oferd to help me , that was very nice of him i really appreciated he even help me to take it to my car thank you young man we need more people like you 🙏☺️
