Very disappointing service at Bunnings Mill Park. I called ahead and spoke with Amber, explained I had a long drive, and asked her to put an item aside. She agreed, but when I arrived, nothing had been reserved and no one had bothered to call me. Complete waste of time. Avoid this person.
Lucas provided excellent customer service at Bunnings. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He took the time to understand my needs and offered great advice, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help were outstanding. Thank you Lucas
If you go to the paint section for assistance, don’t bother, no service at all! Rather find a paint shop that actually wants to help!
Had a bad experience click on collect wise but talked to the store manager she was very nice and understanding.
I’m very very happy about the customer service And this guy who served me, he is amazing Really good customer service his name is Aaron very, very nice guy
