Yesterday, we had a delivery from Bunnings, Midland. Not only was it prompt, the delivery lady, whose name was Ali, was cheerful, efficient, an excellent driver and went out of her way to deliver the goods to where they were needed, saving my 85 year old husband hours of work and effort. Many thanks to Ali, a huge asset to Bunnings and its customers.
I worked for a local company that regularly purchases 25 to 50 bags of concrete from bunnings midland. When we order the concrete we get a collection invoice and I drive a truck in to the warehouse so the pallet of concrete can be loaded on the back. Today a young man brought out the concrete on a trolley. His phone rang and he started talking about what he is doing tonight and he walked away. Shame on you Bunnings!
