After such a lovely experience when ordering my custom order and being advised it would be 3 weeks until it arrived. I got an extremely call from a guy called Tim advising it had arrived a week and a half early and I needed to collect it that day. That would be impossible as we are relocating from cairns and not even in the area until next week.
