Earl is absolutely not someone that should be customer service facing or in the hire shop, it does not make Bunnings look good. Starting from him commenting that I was late to pick up the vehicle, while I'd been waiting at an unassisted desk the whole time and ending with me having to ask for the keys to the vehicle I'd hired, with more in between.
It pays to check where the objects are stored. It is a very big warehouse and the staff are not uniformly trained
