Good stock, good staff
I had a great experience with Tom in the plumbing section at Bunnings Mentone. He was extremely helpful in finding the exact little screw I needed and took the time to make sure I got the right one. Tom was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and communicated really well throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service and a genuinely helpful person. 03/09/26 3pm. Normally happy to buy and shop from Bunnings Mentone. However today’s review is not favourable. Glenn approached me whilst looking through tapware and was unpleasant and quite rude as I was looking through the stock. He’s tone, manner was rude, rather than what normally occurs with helpful people in store. So on this occasion, I approached Glenn to advise of him on he’s rudeness. Unfortunately for Bunnings, I have bought the same tapware for less and with free shipping (delivery next day) while still in store. ... read more
