Still a great
Great big store but some of the staff could do with customer service updates I had a young fella told the lady giving my son a hard time (I needed him to get my Ventolin from the car quickly) to let him go he had no bag or any reason to harass him just BC his in a hurry

I dislike the principles behind the Bunnings model. But now that they have control of the market we have no choice. I can't blame the staff for the concept. The staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful at Bunnings.
