Took them two days to let me know my (so-called) "Click & Collect" items were NOT available - despite showing as In-Stock at the time of ordering online - and the order was now cancelled. They still took my money via PayPal anyway. Three days after that I'm still waiting for my PayPal refund. What lousy customer service. Never again.
The phone support sucks, been dialing the store at Marsden Park couple of times and it just continues to play the recorded video..very disappointed and frustrating
