Normally use Bunning’s Marion as my go to for hardware. After today’s non service will be looking for somewhere that has true customer service. Not blaming staff as there was none to be found. 20 rows all devoid of staff except one and the poor guy was mobbed like a rock star. Finally found someone who was helpful but directed us to the special order’s counter which not surprising had no staff. Worst Bunnings I have ever been to. Did not have stock that was displayed. Only self check out and limited products. Staff however were friendly and as helpful as they could be.

Our Bunnings Love Affair We’re at Bunnings so often the staff probably think we’re on the payroll. Maybe they’re just extra friendly because they like us… or maybe it’s because they like our dogs, who now insist on choosing their own treats from the new pet section (yes, they sniff before they pick — very professional).
