Just went to return something and was told it had to go on the same card I paid with my phone so handed my card which is the same and they would not accept it lady at counter was rude and said can only give a voucher. Poor customer service at the Mandurah store will go to another store from now on
Helpful staff, stocked well
I love Bunnings and have used them for years but having just used Bunnings market place, I wouldn't use the market place again. I'll stick to the stores only. The reason being, i bought a fridge/freezer for our boat which we currently live on, so have no fixed address. So for delivery, I put our local Bunnings address, thinking I could pick it up from the store but apparently Bunnings market place courier won't deliver to a Bunnings store. So after paying $100 for delivery, we ended up picking it up ourselves from the courie... read more
