I think this store need to do a proper training for staff as the lady in front of the store who do the checking of the receipt was not helpful and not accommodating the customer, we went there to purchase the gas bottle for first time and didn’t know where to get the key and just kindly asked her about it but she very unhelpful and unhappy to serve us as a customer, also with the counter service staff at night shift on Friday got very bad attitude and were laughing at us.

Staff member named Nadia is very rude, she kept me waiting more than half an hour when I been there to replace something. Mostly staff very very friendly except Nadia. Thanks
Today I used a Bunnings trailer to transport some building materials to my home. I am a regular shopper at the Malaga Bunnings and was extremely disappointed by the Customer Service I received at the Trades Desk. Waited ages for a staff member to even attend the desk then got a tall, young man who appeared to clearly not want to be there or do his job! Highly unusual behaviour from the Bunnings team!
