I just went to Nth Mackay Bunnings and was treated poorly by a short haired woman at the exchange counter. I did have things in my hand to buy but I needed to go to that counter as I wanted to hire a tile cutter. Instead of asking she very loudly told us that this was the exchange counter and I must go to the checkout. Ended up leaving without anything. This was said quite nastily,I spend a lot of money at Bunnings but will not be going back to this store.
Its a great bunnings
Looked on website for a product said it was in stock. Drove there to get it wasnt there. The woman in the paint department was not very friendly. Lacking customer service. Just said nope we dont have it. That was it. It shouldn't say on website if not available very inconvenient.
