Bought this three years ago because it said it thrives on neglect and honestly disapointed.
Smaller store. Staff (Sarah) was intelligent and extremely patient. She gave aisle directions and then when I could not find parts suitable she solved a difficult technical problem. One item required by me was not generally available. She also sent a request to the spare parts team.
Very happy crew here. Helpful and upbeat. Store has stock everywhere. Clearly they are getting help from other stores to get on top of things.
