SHOCKING service & behaviour at Bunnings Lidcombe today. Went to Bunnings to look for bolts. The size we needed was M16 85mm and 95mm. We found the M16 bolts, and nuts/washers but not the length we needed. We asked the guy there for help. He comes over and we tell him want length we needed. He goes "these are m6". We explain it again, yes we found the M16 bolts but do you have any other lengths? He just repeats himself and says "this is the m6, this is what it looks like". Unfortunately my leased favourite Bunnings in sydney regularly out of stock on trade items, many item on shelf have been opened with parts missing, customer service unfortunately has not been friendly on many occasions. Sorry Bunnings I wish I could give batter feed back but this store is not nearly as good as most others for some reason.
