An absolute legend named Hussein helped my wife and I locate a product that we spent 30min looking for. He found it in 5min. Then went on to serve the rest of the store, back to back to back, it seemed understaffed - but he pulled the weight. This man needs a pay rise. Top tier customer service and you can tell he's hard working and enjoys the job. Good on you Hussein, will definitely be coming back to this Bunnings. Thanks for reminding us what it's like to experience genuine customer service in 2026.
I had the best and worst experience with different staff members there A white hair guy (55-60) was terribly rude with people in the parking area- On the other hand click and collect guys (NZ/Tongan were amazing and helped putting all stuff in the car I hope all staff getting proper training and follow the foot steps of that lady and string NZ bloke who helped putting stuff the car
