Huge shout-out to Brendan! He went above and beyond to assist us with our timber order and then the store transfer of a bbq that we had waited on over a week for at another branch!. Lawnton had the bbq within 2 days. This service is just outstanding and shows what lengths they will go to, to assist a customer and turn an experience around! Thank you again, you will be a our new local!

I have been to this Bunnings store several times and every time the customer service is worse!! Management really needs to step up and make sure there are not several staff at the front of the store doing absolutely nothing. Customer service is a priority in any business. I will not be returning to this store again
