I visited the Bunnings Lakehaven store on Saturday and was served by Kristie in the trade section. I just wanted to say how incredibly helpful and genuinely kind she was. She went out of her way to assist me and nothing was too much trouble. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable but also so friendly and approachable. Her great attitude made my whole experience so much better. Kristie is a true asset to the Bunnings team — I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!
Nerida and now Holli are helpful and work to improve my purchase and development outcomes. They arerare gems in a sea of mud. Pity the front service lady this morning and previously clearly just wanted me to go away and my thousands of dollars of purchasing means nothing to her. No smile, no help regarding my issue, tried to fob me off to another department and generally treated each person i saw with service borderlining distain.
