Friendly staff at this Bunnings
I bought an Ozito battery vacuum cleaner for the car. However the crevice nozzle was too short and wouldn't fit between some spaces. To get a longer nozzle was going to cost $19.00 so I asked to swap for the next model up (an extra $30) - all good now! Bunnings readily agreed which is why I have a lot of respect for their customer service. Thank you
