🤦♀ I have no words
I was really impressed by the high level of customer service by two young members of staff at this store today. Norman assisted my partner and I find what we were after, utilising a ladder and going the extra step for us. On arrival, well out into the carpark I saw a young man pushing a fully laden trolley from the nursery section for a lady. He was chatting away and being very polite to the customer. This was really great to see from these young men. Good on you and thanks again guys.
