I would just like to personally thank Jodie for her help and assistance. I was completely overwhelmed making decisions and she made it so easy. She spent a good deal of time with me, was completely unflappable and took the pain out of my selections. All the ladies and gents I met from front door, register and floor were extremely kind and friendly. Whoever does the hiring here should be congratulated!
No BBQ, No heating, it was cold. Didn't have the item I went there for. Staff didn't great me. The cafe was good.... I went to Launceston Store instead
Friendly staff, but not as well stocked as launceston.
Customer service was poor with clearance items being sold directly to staff before being offered to customers
Helpful staff most of the time, decent range for a smaller store.
