I love this Bunnings at Keperra. Excellent parking, easy access in and out and the staff, 99% of the time, are exceptional. I’ve bought several items in the last couple of weeks. A Cheetah brand petrol mower, an Ozito High Pressure Washer and an Ozito Grass Trimmer. All exceptional quality with great warranty on all. I’ve attached photos of the Cheetah and High Pressure hose. Hired a van for moving several weeks in advance. Came to pick up the van from the Keperra Branch on the day and I was told it was hired out to someone else. To make the customer service experience even worse, I was informed it was my fault as I hired the wrong type of vehicle, as if I don't know what I needed. So with no empathy, no steps to try and rectify the problem and then blaming me for hiring the wrong item (the staff at bunnings keyed in the order on their computer screen, not me) I was left high and dry on moving da... read more
