This afternoon 4.45pm I rocked up to load some bags of concrete, the young employee was sitting not 10m away looking at his phone, when I'm finished he offers to help, so much for customer service!!
3rd times Bunning staff at Kempsey Have told me I cart use my credit card on my phone to return items even though it was the same card on my phone that I used for the purchase I told them repeatedly that was the exact way I paid with the card on my phone NO you cant use that card on your phone to do the return then they wanted to see the wallet on the phone where the card is but the card is in the android app commonwealth bank app were the card is accessed from not a third party wallet of course they knew better AND FANCY A ... read more

Come in to warranty a ryobi vacuum cleaner, had the receipt ready and waiting. Asked absolute time wasting questions such as "do you still have the box" and comments made like "its just wear and tear mate" or "its had a hard life" and finally to my happiness "*sigh* just go get him another one".
