Honestly terrible customer service. Wednesday 16July around 4.30pm. Waited at counter just to ask a question. We were ignored by all 4 staff milling around. The lady behind the counter was cutting a key, she looked at us and said nothing. I am in customer service and I know that all you need to do is acknowledge the person and let them know you will be with them when you can! We were definitely not hassling her or anyone. Loe little bunnings so handy to pop in and grab a few things. The staff are so helpful i always can find someone right there usually right beside me , so handy to have a helpful shadow to help me if I can't find something your right there to help if I need paint you right next to me to help . The other day I wanted a new angle grider but I saw a compressor on super special lucky there was a staff member right next to me watching my every move just incase I need help so thanks for being so helpful Bunnings I'll be back .
