Extreme small store
They don't follow Bunnings return policy. Refused to accept a Bunnings brand shovel that snapped because I didn't have a receipt. Mitre 10 is just next door.
Visited this store twice this morning, staff “ 3 or 4 young ladies “ not interested. Dreadful service. 12 to 18 mths ago there was a young lady uni student who was excellent, motivated, interested. Current staff need training on customer service. Very disappointed.
