Had a bad experience today with Sandra at Bunnings Indooroopilly. She was rude, passive aggressive, and cut me off while I was speaking. You could clearly tell she had zero interest in being there.
Worst bunnings in the world!!!!
At approximately 9:30 am on 01/04/26, I approached a staff member (a red/blonde-haired man with a small tattoo on his leg) to ask where an item was located. He simply pointed in a vague direction and then walked the same way I did. Instead of helping, he stood staring at a box for around 15 minutes while I was clearly nearby and still needed assistance. Nothing at all at this store. Waste of time stopping in
I’ve had consistently poor experiences at the Bunnings Warehouse Indooroopilly store every visit, but today really stood out. I approached someone who was stocking shelves and politely asked for help. I explained what I was looking for, only to be told afterwards “I don’t work here.” It would have been far more considerate to say that upfront rather than letting me waste time explaining my situation.
