Was very bad customer service completely
Terrible customer service. Store Manager Kelly refused the return of a faulty item purchased 3 weeks ago. Proof of purchase was shown and still was refused. Store Manager said I'd have to deal with supplier direct even though I purchased the item from Bunnings Hoxten Park. With Fair Trading as we speak.
