I had a really great experience at Bunnings thanks to Martin. He was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful from the moment I asked for assistance. After checking the usual shelves, it looked like the item I wanted might be out of stock — and he easily could’ve left it there. Instead, Martin went above and beyond by grabbing a very tall ladder and checking the very top shelf just in case. That extra effort alone was impressive.
