Was down in the timber yard on the 9th of October just after 9 a.m. Picked up some timber and hardware and drove to the gatehouse to have my receipt scanned. The girl working at the gatehouse came across as ignorant, rude and condescending and this isn't the first time. Out on the floor and at the trade desk the staff have always been helpful and cheery, the gatehouse girl is nothing like them.
