Absolutely amazing customer service today. First from Bayden at the door who made my kids smile straight away to the Bluey Hammerbarn challenge to find the character. Once we found them, another lovely team member Jane came up and did a random act of kindness and provided my son Dexter with a rugby ball and then gave some lollies after seeing he had completed the challenge. I asked if I could take a photo and upload it and she said yes :) Absolutely amazing experience halls head bunnings.
A huge shout out to Emilia, store manager of Halls Head Bunnings!! She went above and beyond to get me the shower fitting that I had fallen in love with! I am so grateful, thank you... absolutely loving it!
