Hopeless, product had no barcode and showed as special order on the app, this was for Masonite packers. The powerpass app wouldn't let me pay online for it like I had for my other items, long line to wait to purchase these $1.40 items
Awsome quick service there
I recently had an issue with a product I purchased, but I won't go into the details because I don't want to encourage anyone to try to take advantage of the situation. What impressed me most was how the store manager handled everything. They listened, understood the issue, and replaced the product with a brand new one without any hassle. Absolutely terrible service at Bunnings Gungahlin. Huge store, plenty of registers, yet only two checkouts were open. The result was a long queue and unnecessary delays for customers who simply wanted to pay and leave. This appears to be a staffing and management issue rather than a one-off problem. Customers shouldn’t have to wait in excessive lines when the infrastructure is already there. Very disappointing experience.
