I came to Bunnings to rent a carpet washing machine. Before borrowing it, I specifically asked the staff whether the machine had been checked and if I needed to inspect it myself. The staff confidently told me the machine was in good condition and that there was no need for me to check it. However, when I used the machine, the connector was clearly faulty and leaking water.
