Typical of all Bunnings Stores. Staff, of course, were very helpful.
I find my own way around. Biggest disappointment is your bloody website. Slow as ,frustrating and difficult to navigate ,Has to exact in description or it can't help you ,I rely on product information before visiting site . Would be the worst way to shop ever. Take a chance ,drive 5kms and just hope PATHETIC REALY IN THIS AGE FOR SUCH A BIG CORPORATION
Bunnings Grafton has been hopeless. Staff aren’t interested in coming to help find anything. Just tell you where to go despite you advising them you have looked & can’t locate the items. So many products are now in market place and you have to wait. Can’t get what you need today. Honestly the little hardware shop over town has so much better service and helpful staff that aren’t on their phones so I tend to go there or buy from Temu
