Great service, friendly people there!!
Booked a ute a day in advance for 3:00–4:00 pm and arrived at Bunnings at 2:55 pm. We were served by a lady with short hair in the Trade section. Despite arriving before our booking time, we were left waiting while she continued serving customers who had arrived well after us. By the time she finally got around to helping us, our booking had effectively expired because she had delayed us by around 15 minutes.
