I was delighted to snag myself a Kärcher Steam Mop. My neighbour popped in to get it on my behalf. Have to love the NZ-Landers. I know exactly where I stand with them. I was inspired to get another Kärcher mech apparatus because the water filter vacuum works at keeping the digs super clean. I need to have a proper wander around the store. I love seeing staff of all ages here. There are a few friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff in this location, however there are many that don't do- basic greetings (hi, goodbye) even when you say it first even- let alone when serving you at the register (super rude and not company procedure or general customer service practices for a register attendant esp) or even the greeting person at the door also.
