What's happened to bunnings Frankston? The service use to be fantastic, these days staff are grabbing random items off the shelf and walking round and round in a circle doing nothing other than attempting to avoid customers, while customers try and get some help. Prices have increased in the last month by more than 10%. And none of the staff knows where any of the products are kept in the store. Do yourself a favour, Mitre 10 is a 5 minute drive up the road, go there instead.

Terrible. I pulled up to click and collect area. Called the number on the wall- 5mins later NIL answer not even voice message. Rushed into customer desk- 4 people standing around laughing- make that 3- the other person was of different abilities and in a wheelchair. I was shopping at bunnings on Tuesday 10th September 2024. My power pass app on my phone did not work so I used my credit card to make the purchase. I accidently left my wallet behind at the self-checkout. The next day after I noticed my wallet missing, I called Bunnings at Kembla grange and sure it was handed in at the service desk. I need to acknowledge the outstanding level of customer service I received from Heltin, a staff member of the Bunnings Innaloo store, yesterday. I was shopping for a set of 4 bolts to secure my old topbox to my new motorcycle. The bolts I had werent suitable for the job but I wasnt sure what type of bolt to use to fit and replace eg. size, thread, washers, spacers etc. Heltin was restocking the shelves close by I think he could see I needed help by the way I was searching up and down the aisle. How nice was it walking through the nursery at Bunnings Blacktown today. This nursery was the best Bunnings nursery I have visited. The plants where so well kept. I usually go into different Bunnings nurseries to find neglected plants that are on sale and take them home and revive them. I'm glad to say there was nothing there for me to buy. Well done!
I am a qualified Structural Engineer who has a builders license and a building company. We have done small home renovations to major capital and assessing work on Government assets such as schools etc. I went to the Bunnings Bennetts Green store today to grab some stock for my tradesmen and when I produced our Power Pass card (Bunnings 'Card) on a Stocard phone Application I was refused service. Worst service ever. I went to Bunnings Innaloo today to buy a 6 metre length of storm water pipe. I paid $27.65 on eftpos. When I went to collect where the sign said 6 m x 90ml they only had 3 metres. I went back to the cash desk and they said must be sold out. I said ok I will take 2x3 metres of pipe to make up the 6m, they said no I must pay $14 more. I was disgusted so got a refund then drove to the Balcatta store where I go the pipe.
