The online order processing time is horrible with this location. Every time we place an order and it gets sent to this location they take forever to fulfil it going outside the expected delivery times every single time so I have to call Bunnings and get it transferred to other stores like Cannon Hill or Newstead and it gets shipped the next morning after that as those guys are good. I wish someone feom Bunnings management actually looked into the people who pick&pack orders, they are non existent at this location.
I went there by mistake but it looks like a well run operation there in wacol
