I visited Bunnings today and, unfortunately, had an unpleasant experience with one of the male staff members. My children and I were at the playground and began heading to the checkout about ten minutes before closing. The staff member made a store announcement while looking directly at me, and shortly after, approached to remind me that there were seven minutes until closing — even though we were already leaving and my children were just putting on their shoes.
