Came in to purchase a mower and other items required. I had the mower and some other items on my trolley and I asked a staff member for a cover however the staff member wasn't really interested in helping me so she tried to palm me onto someone else who again wasn't interested and I was told to buy a BBQ cover! I then left the store without purchasing anything at all and called the Garbutt store who was more than happy to assist.
