Waste of time trying to deal with the Special Orders Desk at Bunnings Fairfield Waters., or anyone with authority. Waited almost three weeks , no contact at all , and then claimed they couldn't find the order ??? Hopeless customer service at this Bunnings store .

Received fantastic service today from a young guy named Aussie, saw me struggling with my trolley full of pool salt x 3 bags and 20kilo bag of dog food, came straight over to me(the older sales staff just passed me by), said, here let me help you with that trolley and I will load it into your car for you..so unexpected. He was so polite and friendly. Definitely an asset to your store Bunnings... Thank you Aussie, you made my day, keep up the great work
