Went to get two things which were available according to the Bunnings website One had a box and price label, but was full another similar but different sized product (plastic cable ties), and my product was not to be found. Other item was also not to be found- friendly staff said that I was the second customer that day looking for the same product - pipe insulation tape - he checked on his device - no stock in the store. It was as if everyone working there was in slow motion
ANSWER YOUR PHONE. I called 5 times today and waited for someone to answer. Not once did anypne answer. One time I waited 15mins before giving up, as I really needed to know something. Eventually I had to waste an hour droving there and back, in futile. Consistently bad service here. Previous review from a year ago: Weirdly unfriendly lady at checkout. No disputes or issues, just REALLY unfriendly. General floor staff pretty disinterested too
