Appalling service by 'Grace' at around 5pm on a Saturday afternoon. She started scanning my items just as I mentioned I had Fly Buys (you usually get asked). I asked if they could be scanned in later (some businesses will scan retrospectively) Grace abruptly told me 'No you can't!' No apology for missing the Fly Buys option, and she abruptly walked off.
