I had a very disappointing experience with Nicky at the information desk today. I came in to have my keys duplicated - a simple request, and one I was fully willing to wait and pay for. However, Nicky made it very clear, through her tone and body language, that she was annoyed with me for taking up her time, seemingly because there were other customers waiting behind me. Worst customer service ever Went in to buy soil and there was nothing on the floor, everything was up on high racking. When I asked someone to bring the soil down was blatantly told no, come back another day Very disappointed as I spend a lot of time & money at Bunnings What’s the point of having stock if customers can’t access it or purchase it??????
