This Bunnings Warehouse store is, without question, one of the worst-run retail outlets in metro Melbourne. The lack of staff on the floor is unacceptable, and when you do manage to find someone, the service is consistently dismissive, uninterested, and borderline rude. Customers are treated like an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. Staff brush you off instead of helping, show no initiative, and clearly have little to no accountability.
