Wish there were better customer service
I bought a BBQ today and a staff member (unfortunately I didn't get his name) went over and above. He helped me with it from the shop floor to my car. Whilst chatting he told me how much he loves his job and colleagues I have to say thanks so much for your help and well done Bunnings. Your staff are always the best. If you have a staff member of the month can I recommend him please.
Placed a same-day delivery order at midday after confirming stock at my local Prospect store. The system then silently reassigned the order to Edwardstown with a 4–7 pm delivery window, despite my business closing at 5 pm. What followed was nearly two hours of pure runaround. Customer support repeatedly passed responsibility to the store instead of owning a system error.
