Staff on entry was inattentive.. was greeted in the back of store by a male staffer who was very professional and friendly, the checkout had 2 ladies who were more concerned about their personal conversation (not work related) and wanting to finish that conversation before serving.. very inattentive, very unprofessional, and just morally rude..

I received very professional held yesterday from Scott 'Load and Go' staff member. His knowledge of lumber; his ability to read plans and then cut timber precisely was just outstanding. Like many team leaders/members, I rate Scott's ability to communicate with customers no matter what their station in life, well into the five star category - easily.
