Massive warehouse with parking below & lifts into the store. Customer service was great and professional.
Had an issue when I ordered online - and turned out the store did NOT have the stock they shopwed online. So could not give 5 out of 5. However.... it was refreshing to get some really good service from Jemma. She was extremely helpfull, proactive and polite. Sorted out a solution for me very quickly. Long live good old fashion service. Thank you.
If you need help with plants, Kaz is the lady you need for help. I came in with no idea what I needed (customer sent me in with the request) and Kaz saved the day. Super sweet lady, lots of knowledge. Pointed me in the right direction. Hey managers of bunnos Edwardstown, give Kaz a raise! She deserves it! Ps great store. Awesome job crew
