We had such a wonderful time at Bunnings today celebrating the roads opening up. The kids loved the face painting and the free sausages and ice cream, such a generous community event! The staff were all so lovely and welcoming, especially a young lady named Natalia, who was incredibly patient and kind with my children. This Bunnings truly made our day.
Fantastic customer experience with the front desk/returns team at the Bunnings East Pakenham store. Sarah was extremely helpful in resolving an issue with Bunnings Marketplace along with the Bunnings resolution team. Well done and it only goes to reinforce the power of face to face customer interaction versus my Bunnings Marketplace experience, which has been terrible. Well done East Pakenham Bunnings.
