Interesting experience! Came in to buy geotextile material for a single driveway and had trouble finding it. I was looking for a staff member and finally after walking many aisles found one. I asked him if he knew what aisle it was in? He didn't even know what it was and directed me to the tool shop, as l continued looking for someone else who knew what l wanted, finally l found another staff member and AGAIN he didn't know, l walked away shaking my head, this went on a third time,same thing, in the end l had to get the webs... read more
Both times I have been to this Bunnings store, I have experienced absolutely the worst customer service ever. Too many young people in positions in that they really have no life nor pervious job experience. So FRUSTRATING, especially when I am an ex employee. Bunnings standards have definitely gone down hill. Profit has overridden their quality of customer service over years. Disgusting
Its Bunnings, its huge, the staff are helpful 🤷♂️ I'm pretty sure they're the same across the country.
Never answer the phone. Hard to get help instore. No wonder Trades are happy to pay extra and buy products elsewhere.
This store does not seem to care about the plants. Both indoors and out there are about atleast 1 third of the plants dead, or dying from lack of water. If you worked in this department you would want the plants to survive to get a good reputation for your store. I have mentioned this to higher up a while ago, to no avail. We used to buy lots of plants from here but would not now. Has gone downhill for atleast 6 months.
