Had some of what I needed but it was the cafe that ticked me off. I work in a similar industry and customers come first at all times. Not this time a group of three girls with some guy, assuming from your publicity department all talking. He mentioned he wanted to take a photo and one girl turned to me and said,"We'll just be a minute". I'm sorry that's unacceptable...full stop...so currently as I'm typing this I'm in another cafe else where enjoying good customer service.
They’ve got a stack of sink connections on clearance rack at $44.00 each. Doncaster has the same connections for $10.00. No way the old lady in the tool shop was considering doing the same price. She was more obsessed with knowing the name of the person that sent me to the counter for the price match. She was fixated on knowing the persons name and continued to discuss this with her colleague as I headed out the door empty handed.
